DIN Cold Drawing and BA Seamless Tube with High Precision
Synopsis of Process Routing:Quality carbon steel、cold drawing 、 bright heat treatment without oxidization (NBK status) 、 nondestructive testing、 in the wall honing and inside flushing under the high pressure、 antirust oiling outside surface、 plastic capping on both ends.
Main Features:high accuracy, excellent brightness, no oxidization on the outer and inner walls after heat treatment, high cleanness inside wall. The steel tube is able to stand high pressure. No deformation after cold bending, no crack after flaring and flattening . The complicated geometrical forming and machining can be realized. Color of tube: gray with white.
Main Application:to be used in hydraulic system, automobile and in the occasion where the high precision, brightness, cleanness and mechanical properties of the tube are required.
DIN Black and Phosphated Hydraulic Tube with High Precision
Synopsis of Process Routing:DIN highly accurate, cold drawn and bright seamless steel tube is used as the tube to be phosphated. The phosphated is realized with the imported chemical fluid to form a black film. The antirust oil is absorbed by means of the micropore on the film to prevent from the rust. The caps are covered at two ends of tube to prevent from the dust.
Main Features:bright black. Color is homogeneously distributed on the tube surface. The tube has good property of antirust.
Main Application:used in hydraulic system. This tube is our main product for export business.
DIN Galvanized Steel Tube with High Precision
Synopsis of Process Routing:DIN highly accurate, cold drawn and bright seamless steel tube is used as the tube to be galvanized. The outer wall of tube is electroplated. The caps are covered at two ends of tube to prevent from the dust.
Main Features:white galvanized, color galvanized (yellow galvanized). The outer wall of tube has good property for antirust and anticorrosion. Note: Length for galvanized steel tube should be within 6 Meters.
Main Application:used in hydraulic system, in the occasion where the requirement for antirust and anticorrosion of outer wall is relatively high.
DIN Internally and Externally Galvanized Steel Tube with High Precision
Synopsis of Process Routing:DIN highly accurate, cold drawn and bright seamless steel tube is used as the tube to be internally and externally galvanized. The inner and outer wall of tube are electroplated, and/or passivated with military green after galvanizing. The caps are used to cover two ends of tube to prevent from the dust.
Main Features:the inner and outer walls of tube are galvanized and/or passivated which have remarkable properties of antirust and anticorrosion. White galvanized, color galvanized (yellow galvanized) and passivation with military green can be realized. Note: the length of tube is not exceeded 3m. Main Features of passivation: High anti-corrosive performance, Salt spray testing as per GB/T10125,Testing times for 240 hours without rusting. 
Main Application:used in military industry, automotive and locomotive industries and in the case where the high antirust and anticorrosion for inner and outer tube walls are required.
